Exciting Update from Dampland!

We're pleased to announce that the half-board option is once again available for our holiday homes at Ostsee Resort Damp during the C season. Enjoy added comfort and convenience during your stay!

Green Key certification
In 2026, a cooperation agreement was signed to certify the Damp Baltic Sea Resort & Holiday Park with the Green Key sustainability label. Green Key recognizes environmentally responsible management in energy, water, waste, and cleaning, and is renewed annually through independent audits. The GSTC recognizes it.

New Overnight Stay Tax
A 2% overnight stay tax is applied based on the accommodation price. This tax supports local infrastructure and is directly remitted to the city. The tax is calculated at check-out and must be paid at that time.

Parking
In addition to the large free car park at the entrance to the town, there are paid parking spaces directly in the center. These are managed digitally via camera-based parking space monitoring. As you enter and exit, your license plate is captured by a camera, and the data is permanently deleted after you leave the system. A free parking space is available for one hour to facilitate check-in. Holiday home guests also receive a free parking space near their accommodation.

Holiday with baby:

• Baby beds: Upon request and subject to availability, we provide a baby cot with bed linen for the duration of your stay.
• Baby comfort package: Includes a changing mat, baby bath, and bottle warmer. This package can be added to your booking upon request and subject to availability. A toddler toilet seat and high chair can also be rented upon request and availability.

Please note:

• Up to two dogs are allowed per property on request for €20 per night, payable locally. No dangerous breeds are permitted. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the resort for the consideration of other guests.
• The Ostsee Resort provides a separate dog beach.
• Hiking trails, dog walking areas, playgrounds, nature reserves, a pharmacy, and a veterinarian are available nearby. Dogs must be kept on a leash.
• One baby bed (for ages 0 to 3.9 years) is available free of charge for N6 and Premiumhaus upon request.
• Young groups and parties are not permitted.
