A small shared playground is on-site for children. The terrace is shared with other apartments (separate tables and chairs for each unit)
Air conditioning is available for the months of July and August, while heating is provided in April, October, and December.
Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 15th of October 2025.
