3. The apartments are situated in a residential area, and the photos provided are for illustrative purposes.

Optional costs to be requested at the time of booking and paid on site:

1. Reordering service (excluding kitchenette).

2. High chair or pulley rental.

3. Family kit, including cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller, and high chair.

4. Beach towel rental.

5. American coffee machine rental.

6. Cot for children (0-2.99 years) available on request, free if brought by the customer.

7. Linen rental: bathroom linen and extra bed linen available for hire.

8. Transfer services: Available from Olbia airport or port with additional charges for late-night transfers and to Golfo Aranci.

9. Pets: Allowed (maximum 25kg), with additional cleaning fees, excluding common areas. Must be notified at the time of reservation.
