Equipped beach included for stays of at least 7 nights from 16/05/2026 to 19/06/2026 and from 22/08/2026 to 06/09/2026 (1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds per house, from the day of arrival until the day before departure).
Bicycles included for stays of at least 7 nights from 25/04/2026 to 19/06/2026 and from 22/08/2026 until closing (1 bicycle per guest, from the day of arrival until the day before departure).


Tourist tax not included.
Arrivals on Saturday or Sunday; midweek or shorter stays (less than one week) available on request during low season.
Check-in takes place at the rental office at the entrance to Albarella Island, before the access barrier.
Upon request, additional dishes, high chair, stair gate, bed rail, kettle, ironing board and iron, and microwave are available free of charge.

Additional services:
Maximum one small pet allowed with a daily supplement of €10.00.
Baby cot (0-3 years) available with a weekly supplement of €35.00.

Traffic on the island: we recommend that all guests leave their car in the parking area for the entire stay. On the island, transportation is by bicycle or by tourist train.
Combustion mopeds, motorcycles, and campers are not allowed. All electric vehicles are permitted.
Car traffic is allowed with a speed limit of 30 km/h.
