The price includes
- Consumption of electricity and water.
- Air conditioning and heating according to law.
- Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen changed weekly.
- Wi-fi connection.
- Deckchairs and sun umbrellas according to availability.
- Free parking for the fist autoaccording to availability on arrival.
The fee does not include
- Tourist tax to be paid on the spot if foreseen.
- Deposit a fixed amount with card, per mobil home.
- Baby bed + highchair, for a daily fee. Payment on the spot.
- Pets are allowed, maximum one per flat with payment on the spot of a daily fee.
- Final cleaning to be paid on site: 25 euros up to 4 nights, 30 euros from the 5th night onwards.
- Laundry and dryer with coins.
- Shuttle for and from the beach from june to september, payment on the spot.
