-Final cleaning (provided you leave the house in a clean state)

Not included in the price:
- A refundable security deposit is required per flat.
- Heating is available upon prior request and is charged hourly, with rates varying depending on the flat.
- A tourist tax applies per person per night from 1 May to 15 September. Children under 12 years of age, disabled guests, and their accompanying guides are exempt from this tax.

Pets only on request. Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions.
Mandatory Door-to-Door Waste Collection:
In the event of waste accumulation at check-out, a deduction of €50 will be made from the deposit.
Smoking policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa. Should this policy be violated, the deposit will be retained to cover the cost of cleaning the curtains, blankets, bedspreads, and pillow covers.
Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
