 Important Information:

1. Check-in is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Late arrivals must be communicated in advance to receive the key box code. Failure to do so may result in reception being unavailable, and a fee may apply.
2. The property follows a waste recycling program with designated containers.
3. The apartments are situated in a residential area, and the provided photos are for reference only.
4. A damage deposit of 200 is required, as well as a cleaning fee and tourist tax, both payable locally.

Mandatory Fees to Be Paid On-Site at Check-In:

1. Final Cleaning: Guests are required to clean the kitchenette and dispose of garbage, or an extra charge will apply.
2. Tourist Tax: Payable in cash at the property, according to the regulations of the Municipality of Palau. The amount varies depending on the season.
3. Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at check-in, to be returned at the end of the stay after an inspection. If departing outside office hours, the deposit can be refunded by bank transfer (bank fees apply to the guest).

Optional Services (To Be Requested at Time of Booking and Paid On-Site):

1. Breakfast: Available at the property's bar or a nearby café at a discounted rate.
2. Beach Towel Rental: Available per change.
3. Rearrangement (excluding kitchenette): Available for an additional fee.
4. Linen: Extra sets of bath and bed linen are available upon request.
5. Additional Bed: Available on request.
6. Family Kit: Includes crib, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, stroller, and high chair.
7. Crib: Available for children under 3 years, or guests may bring their own at no charge.
