The price does not include:
- Compulsory final cleaning: €85 per apartment (excluding the kitchenette). Kitchenette cleaning: €45.
- Heating costs: €12 per day per apartment
- Bed linen and towels: €25 per person (compulsory)
- Pets: €50 per pet (1 pet allowed)
- Bike hire: €10 per day/person, €60/week
- Air conditioning: €8.00 per day
- Security deposit: €250, refundable on departure once the condition of the apartment and its furnishings has been checked, along with its cleanliness and compliance with the check-out time.
Discounts:
Family discount: children up to 4 years old stay free; up to 14 years old, 50% of the adult supplement.
Long stays: 10% discount on the total for stays of 2 weeks, 15% for stays of 3 weeks, 20% for stays of at least 4 weeks.
CHECK-IN: from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm
CHECK-OUT: from 8.00 am to 9.00 am.
