Your stay includes:

• Accommodation: The apartment type you choose.
• Care: Bed and breakfast only or half board.
• Utilities: Energy consumption.
• Linen: Initial change of bed linen and towels, with weekly change.
• Cleaning: Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
• Comfort: Air conditioning, parking, safe and satellite TV.
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi is available at the residence's bar kiosk, at the reception of the nearby Corte dei Tusci hotel and in all apartments.

Additional services and costs (not included in the price):

• Tourist tax: To be paid on site. (Except for children under 16.)
• Deposit: A refundable deposit is required upon arrival, payable via credit card pre-authorization (certain credit cards are not accepted). Alternatively, you can use a bank check before check-in if credit card pre-authorization is not possible.
• Club card: Mandatory during high season (June 1 to September 9) for guests aged 3 years and older.
• Cot and meals: available on request.
• Poolside lounger: available at an additional cost.

Check-in and check-out:

Dining Information: Breakfast and dinner are served at Hotel Palace Corte dei Tusci, located approximately 380 meters from the Residence. Although the Residence and the hotel are not internally connected, the hotel is easily accessible via an external bike path or along the beach.
