- The outdoor pool measures 25x12 cm, with a depth of 120-170 cm, and there is also a separate children's pool measuring 7x7 cm, with a depth of 80 cm. The pool bar is open from Pentecost to mid-September.
- Direct access to the public beach (gravel)
- Paid sports activities: tennis (600 m), golf (5 km), e-bike (normal bicycles are not available), table tennis, SUP, stand up paddle
- Possibility of using small grills in suitable spaces for the safety and tranquility of other customers
- Upon arrival, guests will receive a remote control for heating or air conditioning and a code for the Wi-Fi.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
In exceptional circumstances, the residence may extend check-in time until 8:30 PM at no additional cost, provided guests notify the residence in advance by email or phone.
A €30.00 surcharge will apply for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-in after 10:00 PM is no longer guaranteed (the residence reserves the right to evaluate each case individually), but the night's stay will still be charged.
