Useful & General Info
• Check in from 4.30pm (after 6.30pm please notify the reception).
• Check out from 8:00 to 10:00.
• In case of departures out of hours the deposit will be returned by bank transfer (excluding expenses) at the end of the season.
• The restaurant/pizzeria is located inside the village and offers customers simple dishes, prepared with fresh Ligurian products from the Mediterranean Sea and the local countryside cared for with love and dedication by local farmers. The pizzas are prepared with long-rising dough and cooked rigorously in a wood-fired oven.
A very convenient Take Away service is available both at the Restaurant and at the Pizzeria.
The takeaway service is available every day for lunch and dinner upon reservation on site or by telephone.
Table service will only be provided from 7.00 pm, preferably upon reservation.
• Olympic-sized swimming pool with fresh water, open approximately from 11/5 to 13/10, approximately 25 m x 10 m and a small shallow pool for children with a large solarium. Deckchairs and umbrellas are free according to availability. To access the swimming pools, for hygienic reasons, it is mandatory to enter barefoot and pass through the foot-washing tubs, wear a cap, and take a shower before entering the water.
• Laundry room equipped with 3 10 kg industrial washing machines available 24 hours a day.
• Tennis courts to be booked, free.
• Free table tennis.
• Animation and musical entertainment in the months of July and August thanks to a team of entertainers.
• Baby Club in the high season for half a day, ideal for entertaining children thanks to activities created specifically for them, including baby dance and entertainment with clowns.

Services external to the structure that require payment on site:
• Bicycle rental about 1 km away.
• Riding stables about 7 km away.
• Scooter rental about 1.5 km away.

The price includes
• Consumption of gas, electricity, water.
• Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen changed weekly.
• Side rails and high chair on request at no extra charge.
• One parking space per apartment.
• Wifi.
• Free shuttle bus to and from the village at set times, available approximately from 17/05 to 17/09.

The fee does not include
• Deposit of €200.00 (cash only).
• Final cleaning if not carried out by customers, €40.00 for studio apartments, €50.00 for two-room apartments for 4 people, €60.00 for two-room apartments for 5 and 6 people.
• Baby cot with sides, on request, at a cost of €26.00 per stay.
• Cot linen not available.
• Small pets, only on request, €50.00 per stay with payment on site. Only some apartments are assigned to customers with pets.

• The tourist tax is to be paid directly on-site if applicable.
