Useful & General Info
• Check-in from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. It is mandatory to notify the property in case of delay.
• Check-out from 7:00 to 9:00.
• Outdoor swimming pool with fresh water and children's pool open from around mid-April to the end of the season, (weather permitting) measuring 9 mx 4 m. Including sunbeds and umbrellas.
• Children's playground and playroom.
• Minigolf 100 m away with payment on site.
• Golf courses 25 km away, paid on site.
• Tennis is about 1 km away, with payment on site.
• Sailing and diving center about 600 m. with payment on site.

The price includes
• Consumption of gas, electricity, water.
• Air conditioning , according to the terms of the law.
• Heating , according to the terms of the law.
• Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen changed weekly.
• One parking space per apartment.
• Ironing room available to customers.
• Bicycle rental , free for the first 90 minutes, for the following period with payment on site.
• Free table tennis .

The fee does not include
• Deposit €100.00 in cash only.
• Laundry service €6.00 per token.
• Final cleaning , obligatory, €50.00 per apartment, excluding kitchenette which is paid by customers.
• Microwave oven for a fee on-site €20.00 per week on request.
• Cot on request, €50.00 per week to be paid locally, also possible as an extra bed, including linen.
• Small pets allowed on request, maximum one per apartment, €50.00 per week to be paid locally.

• Tourist tax is to be paid on-site, if applicable.
