Important information
Reception is open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive outside these hours. Apartment assignments will take place on the day of arrival between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Departure is no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Key collection takes place at Staircase H, Block H, Residence Valbella.
