Useful & General Info
• Check-in from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
• Check-out by 10:00 am.
• Affiliated restaurant with special rates for guests of the Villa.
• Freshwater swimming pool of approximately 5 mx 4 m, open approximately from April to the end of September depending on the weather conditions.
• Beach with special rates, subject to availability, to be paid on-site.
• Ping Pong is available to customers inside the structure.
• Terrace equipped with outdoor garden furniture.
• Children's playground in the large garden.
• Paid coin-operated laundry.
• Hot and cold drinks dispenser for a fee.

The price includes
• Consumption of electricity, water, gas.
• Heating according to local laws.
• One parking space per apartment.
• Free shuttle to the sea and back.
• Small pets allowed, maximum one per apartment, on request, free of charge.
• Dog areas available to customers who own a dog.
• Sunbeds and deckchairs included by the pool subject to availability.

The fee does not include
• Deposit €100.00.
• Cot €20.00 per week or €5.00 per day, not exceeding the maximum number of people allowed.
• Complete linen changed weekly €10.00 per person per change (alternatively it can be brought by customers).
• Mandatory final cleaning €50.00 including sanitization for Covid.

• Tourist tax to be paid on-site if applicable.
• Due to the COVID-19 medical emergency, in response to new possible additional legislative measures, services may be unavailable or subject to restrictions.
