- Freshwater swimming pool approximately 5m x 4m, open from approximately April to the end of September depending on weather conditions.
- Ping Pong available to guests inside the facility.
- Terrace equipped with outdoor garden furniture.
- Children's playground in the large garden.
- Coin-operated laundry available for a fee.
The price includes
- Electricity, water, gas consumption .
- Heating according to local regulations.
- One parking space per apartment.
- Pets are welcome upon request. A dog area is available (dogs must not be left unattended).
- Sun loungers and deck chairs included at the pool subject to availability.
The price does not include
- Tourist tax to be paid locally if applicable.
- Deposit €100.00 in cash.
- Cot for a daily fee, up to the maximum number of people allowed.
- Bed linen and towels amount per person per supply (alternatively, guests can bring their own).
- Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen amount per person per supply (alternatively, guests can bring their own).
- Mandatory final cleaning fixed amount (kitchenette to be left clean)
- Washing machine token
