The rental price includes:
Use of the swimming pool
WiFi available with good coverage in 80% of the village, always free from 2025
1 parking space per mobile home
Table tennis and beach volleyball
Entertainment during the periods and times indicated in the information area
To be paid on site:
Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per day
Security deposit: €100.00 in cash
Heating and air conditioning included for 12 hours; afterwards €5.00 extra per use payable on site
Mandatory final cleaning: €75.00 payable on site. Kitchen area and rubbish disposal not included; if left unclean, an additional €35.00 will be charged
Optional services:
Bed linen: €14.00 per double bed
Bed linen: €10.00 per single bed
Bath linen: €8.00 per person (1 bath towel and 1 face towel)
Family package €55.00 per week: cot + stroller + high chair + bottle warmer + baby monitor + baby bath
Cot: €5.00 per day (to be requested at booking)
Second parking space available (from €10.00 per day)
Day visits from external guests are allowed between 08:00-21:00, subject to a fee and prior notification for privacy reasons (cost €7.00-€16.00 per person/day)
Bike rental
Pets: €10.00 per day (not allowed in Borgo type and not allowed in the pool area)
At the pool: umbrellas and sunbeds
Check-in: 17:00 - 20:00
Check-out: 08:00 - 10:00
Reception: 08:00 - 22:00
Useful information:
Upon arrival, guests must register at reception and receive an identification wristband.
If persons not listed on the voucher arrive, they must pay the “extra person” daily rate regardless of arrival time.
Day visits: 08:00-21:00, subject to fee and prior registration (€7.00-€14.00 per person/day).
