- A payment terminal is available at reception, and credit card payments are accepted. However, €100.00, €200.00, and €500.00 notes are not accepted.
- Please provide your reservation number in all communications.
- The deposit must be paid on arrival via direct debit.
- Bed linen for children's beds is not provided; please bring your own.
- Renting bed linen is mandatory, and the bed-making service is included.
- For stays over a week, a €3.00 waste contribution per additional week or part of it is required.
- We are not responsible for any lost items, damages, or personal injuries during your stay.
- Pets are allowed (maximum of 2), but only upon request, as not all accommodations are pet-friendly. Cats are not permitted.
- Some houses may have additional features. You can book certain extras for a one-time fee of €25.00.
- Late check-out (until 4 p.m.) is available on request for a €50.00 fee, to be arranged at reception.
- Bring your own bath and kitchen linen, or rent them at the park during booking.
- Free Wi-Fi is available for up to 4 devices.
