Access to the property is shared with the owner. However, once inside, the house, pool, and barbecue area are for the exclusive use of the guests.
The pool is available from April 14th to October 31st, all day.

There is exterior parking for 1 car.
The garage provides parking space for 1 car.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with details about the mandatory general deposit payment. The deposit must be paid by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours of receiving the email.
