You can cool off in the chlorine pool measuring 8 x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 0.8 m to 2 m. Please note that it is shared with two other properties and is available from 09:00 to 21:00 every day of the year. At the house, you can enjoy time with your companions by cooking a delicious barbecue on the terrace or extending your evenings while enjoying the views.The interior is distributed over two floors, with the main living area located on the first floor, accessed via external stairs. There is a large living-dining room with a table to enjoy meals and a separate gas kitchen fully equipped with all the utensils needed for comfortable cooking. A toilet completes this floor, and there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There are 4 bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and the other three with two single beds each. All have en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, air conditioning and oil heating.The surrounding area offers a peaceful atmosphere, and just 600 metres away is the centre of Portopetro, where you will find a wide range of high-quality dining options as well as basic services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. Cala d'Or is the main tourist hub in the area and is just a 7-minute drive away. If you wish to enjoy the beach, you can visit Mondragó Beach, Es Trenc or Sa Colònia de Sant Jordi. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted.
